It all started when Monika Auckenthaler wanted to put something good and healthy on the table for her family. Today, the passionate cook from the Schneiderhof farm in Nösslach conjures up a variety of tasty products and enriches the Wipptaler Genussspechte range. Her garden gives her everything she needs. "People appreciate naturalness and regionality much more these days," Monika is certain. "When it tastes like mom used to make it, then food is so much more than just food!" Her lovingly handmade Schlutzkrapfen are particularly popular. Jams, fruit juices, preserved vegetables and much more are offered depending on the season and the home-grown harvest. A taste experience far removed from any industrial products that takes you back to your mother's dining table.
