The beautiful snow-covered natural landscape in the Wipptal holiday region invites you to enjoy dream-like winter hikes. Experience the gentler side of the coldest season while wrapped up in warm winter clothing, relax in the tranquil winter surroundings and breathe in the fresh mountain air. This is pure winter magic!

Warmth inclusive
Of course, a stopover in a rustic alpine lodge, enjoying a cup of mulled wine or tea, should be on everyone's list. We therefore give you the opportunity to stop off for a refreshment either at the start or end of all our suggested winter hiking trails.

Well maintained - our winter hiking trails
The approx. 70 km of winter hiking trails in the region are specially marked, cleared and well maintained, so that they are easily accessible. Sometimes the trails overlap with the toboggan runs, hikes can be combined with a toboggan run at these points.
