Payment and cancellation conditions
Each accommodation can set its own payment & cancellation conditions for its bookings on wipptal.at (Feratel). As a little help, you will find a few options to choose from here. Keep in mind that the guidelines should not be too strict so that the guest is not deterred from booking.
NEW from 2024: TVB Wipptal organizational standards
From 2024 the following payment & cancellation conditions apply at Feratel:
- Cancellation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival,
- thereafter 20 % of the total stay is due
- in case of no-show 90 % of the total stay
- Deposit of 20% after booking - final payment on site.
For comparison: Standard cancellation according to AGBH
These guidelines can be found in the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006):
- Cancellation free of charge up to 90 days before arrival,
- under 90 days up to 30 days 40 % of the total stay is due
- under 30 days up to 7 days 70 % of the total stay will be charged
- from 6 days before arrival and in case of no-show 90 % will be charged
