Every year, we organize a free landlord excursion for our hosts to get new ideas and inspiration from elsewhere. Whether you rent out a vacation apartment or run a hotel, everyone is welcome to come along and take a look outside the box. It is also important for us to exchange ideas with each other and enjoy a cozy get-together.

Excursion fall 2025 - Oberhabach adventure estate
Topic: Farm vacations. The Seiwald family gave us a multifaceted insight into their business - from the hotel to the farm to the riding stables. It became clear that not only the well-being of their guests, but also that of their animals is particularly important to them. Together with Johanna Fuchs from the "Urlaub am Bauernhof" board, who shared valuable thoughts and inspiration for our hosts with her contribution, we experienced an enriching exchange.
A regional breakfast, lunch together and the subsequent goat walk made the day a special experience that we will remember for a long time.
Excursion fall 2024 - Almi's Berghotel
This year, our annual excursion takes us to a business in the Wipptal. This year we will gain exciting insights into Almi's Berghotel in Obernberg.

Excursion fall 2023 - The Steinerwirt in Lofer
Topic: Modernization with a difference. Three years ago, the two Steiner landladies Julia and Lisa transformed a time-honored inn in the middle of Lofer into a hangout hotel for locals and guests. They told us about their motivations and presented their changes and modernizations in the house. Afterwards, of course, there was also a cozy get-together.
Excursion winter 2022 - The star in Obsteig
Topic: Sustainability. The Stern, a family hotel and inn since 1509, successfully pursues a very consistent and clean strategy in the area of sustainability. As part of the "Sternreise", we were allowed to take a look behind the scenes in all areas of the hotel and were professionally guided through the day and the various stations in the hotel by the host and an agency. The day ended with a meal together, where we were able to exchange ideas and ask lots of questions.
