The Grotterhof farm is located in the middle of Fulpmes and has been run by the Mair family for 6 generations. Sheep have been kept on the farm for many years, and the first grazing geese were added in 2019. A small part of the meadows is also used for growing vegetables - including in unheated foil tunnels. The fresh, slow-grown vegetables are carefully processed and preserved. "We offer high-quality meat, sausage and vegetable specialties with the taste of Tyrol straight from the farm." says a delighted Clemens Mair.
