Family time in the Wipptal

Spending time together – Nature as your playground: For your family vacation in Tyrol, the Wipptal valley, with its five pristine side valleys, offers the perfect setting for creating cherished family memories. In summer, the mountains are all yours: The Bärenbachl Water & Adventure World on the Bergeralm invites you to splash around and explore, while expansive, easy-to-hike alpine pastures and varied Wipptal themed playgrounds ensure plenty of fun. You can explore the Gschnitztal Water Trail— a gentle cycling and walking path along the stream—at your own pace. In the Wipptal, nature isn’t just a backdrop—it’s the adventure.

Even in bad weather, things remain exciting: ice skating in the ice rink in Steinach, climbing in the Basecamp in Matrei or a visit to the BBT Info Center ensure varied family moments.
