SUSTAINABLE ENJOYMENT

In the Wipptal Valley, exquisite products from regional producers and farmers are sold directly to locals, guests and accommodation providers. It's not just the taste that makes a difference where the products come from. Behind everything are people who are passionate about producing high-quality products. 

Regionality and seasonality are the top priorities. The products do not have to be organic, it is much more important that they come from the region and are natural and unadulterated. For us, "regional" means: products from natural production from the Wipptal and neighboring Tyrolean regions.
The importance of regional products and farm stores goes beyond personal use. They also play a decisive role in preserving traditional production methods and regional culture. For several years now, there have been initiatives in Wipptal aimed at increasing the visibility of regional products and supporting their marketing. 

Genussspechte Wipptal
The Genussspechte are a handful of Wipptal valley idealists who have set themselves the goal of increasing added value in the valley and living regionality through closer cooperation and networking between producers and restaurateurs in the region.

The Wipptaler BergFrühstück ensures a good start to the day. Here, almost exclusively regional products - especially from the Wipptal Valley - are served on the breakfast table at the accommodation to give you a unique, enjoyable start to your day.
