The cycle of nature has been the focus of the "Gschlösslerhof" farm in Patsch for many years. The passionate organic farmers Monika and Florian Greier have been focusing on diversity, biodiversity and original cultivation and processing methods for countless years. The best quality potatoes are a mainstay of the farm, alongside a wide variety of cereals and flours. They are also keen to pass on their experience and acquired knowledge. This is why school classes regularly come to the "Gschlösslerhof" for the "Schule am Bauernhof" (school on the farm), seminar participants and children at birthday parties on the farm.
