The Kneipp Aktiv-Club Wipptal is a gathering place for anyone who wants to get outside—into the fresh air, into cold water, and get moving.
It’s not a club for experts, but for anyone who’s curious: sometimes it’s about wading in a stream, sometimes it’s a herb walk, and sometimes it’s simply about taking a mindful break after a stressful week. What makes us special: We don’t have to go anywhere for Kneipp. Five mountain valleys, five Kneipp facilities, five pillars—the Wipptal is essentially already a Kneipp spa; we just have to experience it together.

Cold and warm water revitalize aspects of our daily lives that often tend to slow down—circulation, concentration, and the immune system.
