Our Kwell char with the "Quality Tyrol" seal of approval grows in pure spring water on the Sattelberg, surrounded by the Stubai and Tux Alps. The char hatches in the mountain water and takes around three to four years to reach the perfect size. The fish impresses with its taste and firm flesh. You too can enjoy Mediterranean fish dishes from the Wipptal!
