Krimplings are a potato variety with a history. While they used to be found in the fields of Tyrol, they are now a rarity. Potatoes with a red and purple hue are also becoming increasingly popular. For farmer Lisa, all these potatoes bring back childhood memories. All the more reason to grow them again at the Ochsnerhof.
