Evening: General meeting and presentation of the weekly program
Meeting point: Hotel Trinserhof, 8:00 p.m.

All participants of this vacation week must register for the desired program items on this evening. Those who are unable to attend are asked to register for the individual events in advance by e-mail.

Monday, July 20, 2026 

Full Day: Leisurely hike to the Laponesalm with hiking guide
Meeting point: Trins Information Office at 9:10 a.m.; take the public bus at 9:23 a.m. to Gschnitz (Gh Feuerstein)
Return by public bus at 3:46 p.m. (Gh Feuerstein stop) to Trins
Lunch at Laponesalm at your own expense (you can also bring a snack if you prefer)

OR

Full Day: Long hike with guide Klaus Ribis for experienced hikers to the Trunahütte or Trunajoch
Meeting point: 8:00 a.m. at the Trins Information Office
Return approx. 5:00 p.m. to Trins

Afternoon: Yoga at the Wienerhof, Trins (outdoors if the weather is nice – indoors at the Wienerhof if the weather is bad)
Meeting point: 3:00 p.m. at the Wienerhof, Trins
Return approx. 5:30 p.m.

Evening: Pub quiz night with the interpreting students (fhg Innsbruck)
Meeting point: 8:00 p.m. at Trinserhof

Full Day: E-bike Tour with Klaus Ribis - Easy Tour
Start: Trins - Steinach - Bike path to Schönberg - Gleins - Maria Waldrast and back via Mützens
Meeting point: 9:00 AM - Trins Information Office
Return approx. 3:00 PM to Trins

OR

Authentic Alpine life at Peter’s Kaser with dairymaid Helga Hager
Tasting €20, followed by a talk with our beekeeper Andreas on site—afterward, those who wish can stop for refreshments at the Touristenrast
Meeting point: 8:00 a.m., Trins Information Office
Return to Trins by approx. 4:30 p.m.

Evening: Lecture on exercise and nutrition
Meeting point: Hotel Zita, 8:00 p.m.

Full day:Bus tripto the Stubai Valley— we’ll visit the Grawa Waterfall and then stop for a meal at the Grawaalm (at your own expense)
Afterward, we’ll visit the Bird of Prey Park in Telfes (approx. 2:00 PM)

Return approx. 6:00 p.m. Trins

Full Day: E-bike Tour with Klaus Ribis - Advanced Tour (challenging)
Trins - Steinach - Matrei - Pfons - Pfoner Ochsenalm
- Frontalalm - Mislalm - Navis - Steinach - Trins
Meeting point: 8:30 a.m., Trins Information Office
Return approx. 5:00 p.m.

Afternoon: Archery at the Wipptaler Bogen Sportclub in Matrei
Meeting point:Trins Information Office, 2:00 p.m.
Return to Trins approx. 6:00 p.m.

Full Day: Matrei Walking Tour (Andreas Hofer) with Trautson Castle
Meeting point: 8:15 a.m. in Trins – take the public bus or train to Matrei at 8:31 a.m. – train from Steinach to Matrei at 8:49 a.m. –
Arrival in Matrei at 8:53 a.m. – will be picked up there
Return to Trins at 1:36 p.m. – arrival in Trins at 1:53 p.m.

Afternoon: Closing event for the vacation week at the Liftstüberl
Meeting point: 5:00 PM at the Liftstüberl
Closing event with a barbecue (at your own expense), a nice get-together to look back on the week
