Intensive Via Ferrata Course

Via ferrata climbing is one of the most beautiful alpine sports. In this one-day intensive course, you’ll learn the basics for independent via ferrata tours.

There are more than 1,000 via ferratas in the Alps. And there are good reasons for this: via ferrata climbing is relatively easy to learn, requires only a small investment in equipment (compared to other alpine sports), and allows you to tackle steep rock faces while keeping your feet firmly on solid ground. This intensive course is for anyone who has long dreamed of tackling their own via ferrata routes and now wants to make that dream a reality.

Requirements for your participation

No prior via ferrata experience is required for this course. Participants must have sure-footedness and a head for heights. This course is designed for mountain enthusiasts who are ready to take the plunge into via ferrata climbing.  

Equipment

Via ferrata equipment (climbing harness, via ferrata set, helmet) will be provided on a rental basis for this course.

Cancellation Policy:
Up to 4 weeks before arrival: 50% cancellation fee
Up to 1 week before arrival: 75% cancellation fee
1 week or less before arrival: 100% cancellation fee
