Healthy vacation offers

The following vacation packages are based on the experience we’ve gained over many years as a healthy region. The focus is on preventive measures—in other words, it’s better to take action sooner rather than later. These packages are built around our three core areas: relaxation, exercise, and nutrition. These themes run like a common thread through your healthy vacation here with us in the Wipptal valley in Tyrol.

Mental and physical well-being are becoming increasingly central to our lives—and that’s exactly where we come in. During your vacation in the Wipptal, you’ll benefit from our expertise as a region dedicated to health and find everything you need to restore your balance and feel completely at ease.

Depending on your focus, we’ll delve a bit deeper into one of the three core areas, without losing sight of the others. You’ll be guided by a professional team of yoga instructors, dietitians, mountain hiking guides, certified adult fitness trainers in the health sector, caring hosts, and people who simply have your best interests at heart.

We guarantee you: Here, you’ll enjoy a relaxing and active vacation in Tyrol’s unspoiled nature.
